  1. REFUND CONDITIONS Refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase if the eSIM profile has not been activated.

  2. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • After eSIM activation
  • After consuming any portion of data
  • After plan expiration
  • In case of excessive use or fraud
